“…but Doc, I exercise regularly, i don’t smoke, I don’t drink alcohol (anymore…), I cook my own meal almost everyday…. I eat lots of vege and fruits…I have been taking supplement pills for years now, how come i STILL have high cholesterol ahh???…apa bah yang tiak ngam…”
“There are no warning signs for high LDL cholesterol levels. In your case, you have familial hypercholesterolemia diesease… and the supplement pills you have been taking are NOT helping you, generally speaking”….Doc Raj replied.
